    We all need a plan for our money. Financial Peace University (FPU) is that plan! From world-renown financial guru, Dave Ramsey, FPU teaches God's ways of handling money. Through video teaching, class discussions and interactive small group activities, FPU presents biblical, practical steps to get from where you are to where you've dreamed you could be. This money class can change your life. You CAN take control of your money! Financial Peace University will teach you how to become debt free. That means paying off your credit cards, car loans, mortgage and student loans. You will also learn how to prepare for the future by saving for financial emergencies and confidently planning for your retirement. This all starts with creating a budget that actually works for you and your spouse.  Register to join community members in this life-changing class! Register now and receive your class materials for only $50 (retail $129)! If you would prefer to preview the class the first night prior to purchasing class materials, please note that on your registration form. When: Mondays,  6:30-8:00pm, October 14 - December 9, 2019 Where: Waunakee Public Library, 201 N Madison Street, Waunakee 53597 Cost: $50 for Class Materials  (after scholarship donated by Crossroads UMC).  Materials typically cost $129 and include: class workbook, 1-year subscription to Dave Ramsey's online budgeting tool Every Dollar Plus, 1 year access to online videos, the Debt Snowball tool and many more online resources from Dave Ramsey and FPU. FREE Childcare provided upon request (please note need on registration form).   • Advent by Candlelight Women’s Event

    All women are invited, to "Advent by Candlelight, a quiet time to prepare our hearts for the Advent season with fellowship, reflection and song, on Friday, November 30th at 6:00pm. Crossroad's women's choral group, Seraphim will be performing. You won't want to miss this evening to ignite your heart with the pure Joy only Christ can give.  Invite your mother, daughter, neighbors and friends.  All women are welcome!     Come Saturday, December 9th from 8-11am, to Crossroads' annual holiday cookie, candy, and craft sale. It's a great place to get gifts for teachers, cookie and gift exchanges, or that hard-to-shop-for-relative.  Get all your holiday treats at once and feel good about your purchase as all proceeds are donated to local and national charities! Come early for the best selection! Candy tends to sell out early!
