  • Childrens Fellowship in the Park

Greetings from Crossroads Sunday School Team It is summertime.   A time to recreate and to enjoy one another and God’s Creation. For the summer, our team has two goals:  to maintain continuity among the Sunday School children and to reach out to the Laubmeier Park neighborhood.  To achieve these goals, we have planned three fun, fellowship, and faith events.  All events will take place at Laubmeier Park, the new subdivision just north of the church.  Our hope is that the children from that neighborhood will join in our activities and learn of Christ’s love and our Christian fellowship. The events take place in the early evening (5 pm to 7pm).  During that time, we will offer a light supper (hotdogs, lunchables, etc.)  After supper, we will have a Bible story and lesson; sharing games; and play on the Laubmeier playground equipment.  If weather permits, we will have a “water balloon exchange.” Parents are invited to stay for the activities.  Or, you may drop off your child(ren) and return at 7.  Families are encouraged to invite friends to join in this time of recreation and witness. Please share this announcement with your children and plan to attend.

  • Fall Kickoff

Crossroads UMC 5901 Hogan Rd., Waunakee, WI, United States

Come Sept 10th for Fall Kick-Off! Please plan on coming to church on Sunday, September 10th to participate in Fall Kick-Off!  The day will be filled with celebrations, food and fun both during and after worship. Worship will include: the return of our fabulous choir after their much-deserved summer break; Blessings of the Backpacks (or work/school bags for adults too) during the children’s message; and children and youth will have a special celebration downstairs and outside (weather permitting) with songs, crafts, games and lots of laughing! Then plan to stay after worship for a pot-luck extraordinaire and help further welcome the Utter Family – Pastor Angie, Brian, Alexander, Abigail and Alizabeth – to our church family.  Please bring a dish to pass, stay for lunch and share in some fun after we eat. What a wonderful and exciting way to kick-off the new school year!

  • Bible Sunday

Sunday Schoo children will be presented with bibles and adults can have the bibles blessed!
