Book Study – Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis – Lead by Jim Hook

During World War II C. S. Lewis, an Oxford professor of English Literature, was asked by the BBC to present a series of radio talks about Christianity and Christian belief. These talks were later compiled into the book Mere Christianity.

This group will meet, study and discuss Mere Christianity over six Tuesday evenings from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM starting April 13 over Zoom.  Together let’s explore how Lewis’ ideas, beliefs, and concepts hold up eighty years after they were first presented.

Participants should have access to Mere Christianity by C. S. Lewis.  No other materials will be required.  Please let the church know if you would like them to purchase a book for you for $15.00, or you are free to source your own from Amazon or your e-reader of choice.
