Bring your family on Sunday Sept 29 for a community picnic and dedication of the new playground equipment on the Crossroad’s United Methodist church grounds. The playground was a gift from the Thompson Family in memory of Sandy Thompson, a long time resident of Waunakee, former teacher, and volunteer at Arboretum and Frank Allis Elementary Schools. Food and Fun starts at 11AM with a short dedication ceremony shortly thereafter. Come for lunch, check out the playground, and join in family-friendly yard games.
