6/16 Breakthrough Prayer Event
June 16, 2020 @ 6:16 pm - 6:30 pm
Join Us on 6/16 at 6:16 pm for a Breakthrough Prayer Facebook Live Event!
If you listened to Pastor Scott’s May 31 message (https://crossroadswaunakee.org/sermon/break-through-prayer-2/) or gotten your regular mail this week, you know Crossroads UMC has begun a Breakthrough Prayer Initiative. Breakthrough prayer is when God’s people join together in intentional prayer asking God to break through whatever holds us back so that we can boldly move forward and fulfill God’s intention for ourselves and the church. You are invited to be part of this prayer movement by stopping each day at 6:16 am or 6:16 pm to read the scripture and prayer on the card mailed this week (or, see below).
In addition, on June 16 (6/16) at 6:16 pm you are invited to be in your car in the Crossroads UMC parking lot and pray the breakthrough prayer together. This event will be streamed LIVE via Facebook, and after the prayer, we will (safely) hand out prayer reminder SWAG (Stuff We All Get) through your car windows.
Then, don’t forget to contact the church office or Pastor Scott over the next few weeks and months to let us know where you have seen God breakthrough in your life.
